Are these brand new items?
Yes, they will be shipped in sealed authentic boxes. They are not refurb, open box or white box items. They carry full warranty.
When will I get my items?
The 'Delivers by' timeframe is an estimate of when your items will be delivered to your shipping address. This includes warehouse processing, or 'Ships by' timeframe, plus carrier delivery times. Once your items ship from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. If your order is academic priced, it will be shipped after your eligibility is verified.
What is CostCaptain's return and refunds policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item. Customer Support section on our website provides detailed information on how to return your order.
