All our software is 100% authentic. Some products are priced much lower at Academic Pricing Levels. These products require eligibility. Volume Licensing programs provide much lower prices.

No, and you must avoid purchasing download copies of Microsoft software. Download versions are illegal. Microsoft software must be shipped to you.

Currently our standard shipping cost varies from free to $6.99 to most destinations in North America. There are other shipping options available.

No, our system is designed to process online orders first, they will take precedence in shipping. You can also enter information faster online than we can take it over the phone.
