your software authentic?
All our software is 100%
authentic. Some products are priced much lower at Academic Pricing
Levels. These products require eligibility. Volume Licensing programs
provide much lower prices. |
Can I download
the software once I place the order?
No, and you
must avoid purchasing download copies of Microsoft software. Download
versions are illegal. Microsoft software must be shipped to you. |
How
much is shipping?
Currently our standard
shipping cost is $8.99 to most destinations in North America. There are
other shipping options available. |
Is
it faster to order by telephone?
No, our system is
designed to process online orders first, they will take precedence in
shipping. You can also enter information faster online than we can take
it over the phone. |
Is
your software used?
No, all the software we
sell is brand new. |
What
are my payment choices?
We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal and
check or money order sent by postal mail. |

not able to provide technical support, however we will do our best to
